By using any of the Websites, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and refrain from infringing any third-party rights or interests (for example, privacy and intellectual property rights).  You must agree that you will not knowingly or willfully submit inaccurate, defamatory or offensive Content to the Websites.

RELEASE of LIABILITY, WAIVER of CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION of RISKS AGREEMENT

In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way and at any date in the INDY PICKLEBALL CLUB (“IPC”) Activities and Events, by checking the Terms and Conditions box you, your heirs or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to hold anyone associated with organizing the events responsible for any illness or injury you may sustain while playing or attending the events. You fully realize, understand and accept that there are certain inherent risks to which I will be exposed because of the nature and level of the sports activity for which I have registered. You understand and agree the IPC BOARD OF DIRECTORS or any parties associated with organizing, teaching or playing in the event assumes no responsibility for injury or illness you may sustain as a result of your physical condition or your participation in any of the events.

You understand it is your responsibility to provide your own Accident and Health coverage and that organizing members of the INDY PICKLEBALL CLUB Events do not provide any accident or health insurance for their participants or volunteers. Being of legal age, You recognize that by checking the Terms and Conditions box to become a member to this website, you are waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
